The Importance of God in the Old Testament

Naomi attributes everything to Shaddai. She says I went out full, but the Lord has brought me back empty. Why do you call me Naomi? Because two things going on here, the Lord Yahweh has witnessed against me. The way that it's written is odd in Hebrew. That she places herself at the beginning of the sentence and the Lord at the end of the sentence was quite purposeful.
