How to Manage Disagreements With Your Boss
How do you manage up with a boss that's not on board with it, doesn't understand this? How would you kind of guide them through that? Oh, that is tough. I had a lot of students when I teach this and they come and say, you know, my boss doesn't want to have disagreements. That's the last thing they want. They just want us to sit around and sort of have an agreement. So those are some of the tactics. But if you have a boss or you're an environment where you cannot speak up and it's impossible, it's a very toxic work environment. And it's going to be underperforming sooner or later.
