si'll just agreead and put an explanation poart on what julieand carroll said, and just add nother thing that i would look for as how they worked with one another. Did they have a collaborative relationship? Did they like each other? Like isn't necessarily that important, as did they did they work well with each other? Did they listen to each other? Si, i always ask, but on boarding, and i ask specifically about the role they're looking for a me to play,. And insuring that we agree that that's something that I can and am willing to fill, and they're willing to let me that way.
