The Importance of Fat in the Diet
The less trained and individual is the more body fat, obviously the faster they lose weight but my patients lose they could lose easily over 10 pounds in a month depending on how heavy they are. I tend not to be fat heavy so we do have essential fatty acids our needs are not that tremendous. You can get that from, you know, a fat supplement or just having a little extra you can have some omegas in your diet. So, for a high fat diets is really not something that I recommend at all.
