In order to get the best information, you need to be able to be honest about about things. So i'm asking teams to tell each other their stories more often so that they can see how is it true and then learn from that. Ii use what seems a lot called on story. If i can put a fact in story, it kind of helps the person relax a little bit togo. It's just a story, and it gives him a little freedom to speak more candidly to one another.
