Dan Rivers: I have been eating a lot of pasta lately and I'm here to tell you that spaghetti stinks. He says there are only about 350 pasta shapes in the Encyclopedia of Pasta, which is for his purposes, basically the Bible. There's got to be a room for innovation at this point, he says.
