i want to talk about whether there may be a way for those who argue that state prohibitions on or state restrictions on abortion, potentially be grounded in religious justifications. i think the argument can run in a couple of directions. Under the first amendment, someone is required to follow an abortion restriction, or to comply with it. A woman could say that and claim religious exemption under a state and federal law. And i guess how on the courts existing kind of religious liberty exemption jurisprudence, a claim like this, you would expect to far.
