Why We Block People, Black, Bock Black

When you break up with somebody, or when you have an ax that's just like hanging around in the poriphery, we say, block them. We know that people don't deserve unfettered access to us all the time. And so putting distance between us and the thing that is causing us harm helps us sort of see how difficult, toxic, unhealthy, unhelpful, unnutritious those people are for us in our lives. So i can't promote it enough. I'm glad for this check and topic, because it does help me, like, re frame whywe say this.
