The Power of Persistence
We're so used to putting ourselves down that we have no idea how to lift ourselves up. Our brains job is to find problems, not celebrate solutions. We are literally asking our brain when we celebrate to do a different job than it was designed to do. It's one of the biggest things that we teach in 2K for 2K. To get the practice of celebrating, to start rewiring the brain to begin the practice of persistence.
