How to Interpret the Literature Relating to the Elbow Flexors

I think there are definitely good reasons to interpret the literature in a very different way from the way it's currently being interpreted. I think what happens is that there's an outcome from a study, they print the outcome of the study and then basically say, well, this is what happens. If we now drop the data into that framework of how we understand the basic physiology, what comes out the other end is something completely different than what most people are done.
