People sometimes really shame calory tracking. O'r like all you care about is calory us. It creats disordered eating. If you actually eat callory track the right way, you can see the different chloric content in foods. Andi really focus on calories first. I want it to be as simple as firkan possible. You don't need to be a dietitian to manage your weight and feel healthy and amazing in your body. That being said, calory tracking on my fitness pale also tells you the macros and the fibre and the vitedins and minerals.
