This is the company friendly book i've ever written. The lesson there isn't always cut your goal in half. So what i'd say to a company is, have the right size goal and more than that, create a culture where people can be honest about their goals. I still have not met a company that said, you know, our people get too many golls done, like, we wish did less. Like, no company. This is like Mana for companies.
