Renewable Energy Development in Rural Communities

How much potential wind and solar capacity is being delayed or otherwise held back by resistance from the hose communities? Thereis not really a de ative way to track this. I would say definitively that there are more projects meeting with resistance now than there were a couple of years go. And i know, talking to colleagues across the country, that this is something that they're also facing.
