The Shadow House of Representatives in Politics
In ancient athens, they had this thing called the cleretarion. It randomly assigned people to the citizen assembly and then they had to make decisions about athens. The idea of creating like a shadow board in business, and a shadow house of representatives in politics is based on randomly selected individuals. I love it find some unwilling person being like, sorry, we really need you to do this. You are going to hate it. Please do it for all our sakes.
