How to Test for Discipline in an EA
Sam: I have jokingly said, why don't we get to a point where the EA's are doing the reviews. It's actually a transactional thing like says the guy who's not an inch but it's transactional in the sense of if you teach somebody what to look for and how to look for it. The way to stretch for discretion is to give or at least the way we've been trying it is to give as little direction as possible which sounds counterintuitive. Sam: There are things that EA's should be able to do in this process that are currently being done by the engineers but don't need to be.
