In one of the Indiana Jones movies, there is a scene where the protagonist has to steal a golden idol from a tomb, but replace it with something of the same weight or else the whole temple will collapse killing everyone. In this episode of #TheHabitCoach podcast, Ashdin shares how our habits function in a very similar way. If we remove a habit, the chances of our lives falling apart are very high. Just like in the movie. We have to replace that with another habit that is equally important or essential.
