The Nanny Can't Force the Parent to Buy the Course
The nanny can't force the parent to buy it. That's an uphill battle. So you have two options here: One, as you modify it so that somehow it becomes so compelling that parents buy it, then they can push it both ways. Or you make it so it has stand alone utility to the nanny, and they don't need to make the parents buy it. It works just for them. And you can charge something that a nanny perhaps could afford to pay. Let's go down the path of you want to stick what you have,. which is something that was wonderful as because both sides have it.
