How to Deal With Emotional Stress

I cannot get myself to fall asleep before midnight. My spouse has such a consistent sleep routine. He goes to sleep at like between nine or 10 and then he, he wakes up at like five or six. So I'm typically working on what I call bucket B work, which is like I don't need to deeply focus. And my most recent rabbit trail was looking into flights for like Hawaii or California or Arizona. Trying to figure out a flight to go somewhere to get more energy.
