Digital Transformation in the Form of Shared Care Record
I was very clear to me that digital transformation in the form of shared care record is the answer. It can fill this gap of not having right information at right time with right people. My first project with CHI was implementing it in Alawite to all the GP practices, they instantly then had access to the patients record who were visiting mainland hospitals. The NAM also rolled out CHI to care homes and that was game changels. After doing the pilot with 16 or 17 care homes, I went back and took their feedback and comments we got was like 'the system is saving lives'
