Do Jungle Primaries Neutralize Xtreme Partisanship?

I've dabbled in israeli politics. I i think this is an interesting time. Ah, they're as well. So i throw that out. Very short campaigns, parliamentary system, co in governments. I think it'd be kind of interesting to do that. joe asks, i'm curious about your views on how much jungle primaries have a moderating influence.
