The 1904 Colorado gubernatorial election was cartoonishly corrupt, but we said it wasn't the only corrupt election in US history. No, not by a long shot. There was a presidential election in 1876 that was quite the doozy in and of itself. We just need to get back to the era of bipartisan like the 1870s when everyone worked so well together.
