The on-call compensation which we've already discussed earlier and of course this is a volunteer model that you rolled out but you did decide to compensate engineers. I read something where you wrote that at least at the time had decided on a flat rate for each on-call shift of 1000 euro before CACs in Ireland. Well thanks for that in-depth explanation I personally found that really interesting and insightful another topic that I know came up in your articles and discussions around this was the the on- call compensation.
