Leland, I spent a really long time trying to narrow it down because we believe in three values rather than five or 10. And so the first one is, do we believe this person is unimpeachable character on and off the field? And then they're the values of the company. So if you can find a way to make someone a million dollars, you can charge 250 grand, right? Leland: Most people want to sell stuff for 10 million, but they have $100,000 skill set. It's hard to give advice that doesn't come from your own experience.
