The Importance of a Steering Committee

A lot of groups have business meetings or group consciences depending on where you live in the world. Take a lesson from me: Don't show up and tell everybody they're doing it the wrong way. Some groups have a steering committee that meets every month, but I've seen it cause some trouble. In other places, they have regular monthly business meetings for regular business.
