How Much Love and Affection Did He Get From Them?
Ned's company must have had about 15 acts that they were managing by 19 65. He he had huge responsibility, a certain amount of public exposure and great success while continuing to hide the fact that he was gay. It wasn't just the beetles, but the beatles obviously, were the biggest, and no one was ever bigger. And yet, he's probably very lonely at the same time. Can you imagine? I don't know how he dealt with it, but quite not particularly well.
