Liz: We think like by doing extra, we actually end up overtraining and hurting ourselves. And when you pull back, sometimes you can lead to more fulfilling and healthier life. Liz: Even having a hobby is difficult in the United States. Why are we talking about mediocrity? You know, why don't we like to spend with that? Because it's really not about judging how good you are at something. It's really about how does it make you feel? How does that time feel?"
