Eyes Over the Ball Is Not a Preference
Tim Stanley: I think golfi putting instruction rules versus preference. When i see instructors teaching address templets, because it's so disconnected from optics, everybody's optics are different. And that's going to play into the way you see the line and the visualization of the line. Yet, by the way, nobody my od that very few offeers have eyes over the ball. That's a preference. So there you go. The eyes over theball is a preference. It's a preferenced. Nd only that, it's a preference that can actually undermine good optics, and it's also one that can destroy bad mechanics.
