The Importance of Timekeeping in Training

Don't try and air quotes supercharge it by cutting weight because that's the other way to end up an injury. As a coach one of the things that we're responsible for is being a timekeeper. I do get very emotionally invested in people's climbing I'm not living that day today so when you're pushing your body hardly you've ever been able to push it it's not able to cope with that. If you see that in your own training diary then stop it here's the easiest lesson yeah.
