The Prima Fascia and Dreaming

All mammals, there's every reason to believe that they dream because they have both upper brain stem structures of the kind I'm talking about. In fact, it comes to birds and several other vertebrate species. They have a homolog of cortex. But many non vertebrates have no... I mean, many vertebrates, non mammalian vertebrates, don't have anything any cortex to speak of. So I would say that all vertebrates have raw feeling, but I wouldn't claim they all have dreams. And again, I have to say, every prediction arising from that hypothesis is confirmed.
