The Importance of Listening

I was a main speaker along with Daniel Kahneman in Moscow. He wrote Thinking Fast and Slow won the Nobel Prize. I'm trying to teach people that whoever you're with, whenever you're with them, they're always listening for something underneath their listening to you. And if you can tune into that and give them what they're listening for, they're going to lean forward towards you and engage. In this conversation, I'll take a chance, but where peer is, so I'm exercising my right to teach as well as learn from you again.
