In the US, for instance, their Department of Energy has got something called the Infuse Program. These give private companies access not only to funding, which is offered through this Infuse Program, but also access to technical expertise and capabilities at Department of Energy National Labs and at US universities. So certainly, there are definitely collaborations happening in that way,. In a similar way to partnerships between NASA and SpaceX. It'll be very interesting to see where that sort of joint program leads.
