The Uflex Reward - What's It All About?
The uflex is a tool that allows companies to communicate reward, but also created a vehicle for pay equity. It lets employees choose how they don't get their pay in compensation and see what they're actually paid - not just the base pay. The company was founded by ex-Unauthorized Bankers' Association executive John Wozniacki; he's now chief marketing officer at UFA. He says as an enterprise marketer you have to be "in it for the long hall"
