We don't know if the UN even knows about these towns. It's just that whole rural versus urban age that we see a lot. We're helping a lot in Moldova, which is just the tiny country southwest. Lots of aid is going to the capital of Moldova, but the rural parts where lots of Ukrainian refugees are living are not getting any support. So it's kind of like that. We want to help the most vulnerable people."
