Is It a Terrorist Attack on the Ukrainian Front Line?
Most of the soldiers who have been mobilized have not currently been thrown into the front line. They are being given some, a bit not enough, additional training in Russia and Belarus. In part, this is a terror attack directed against the Ukrainian people, in the hope that it erodes their will to fight. But far more than that, I don't ultimately think that Putin believes that Ukraine has agency in this. Remember, as far as he's concerned, that drug-addled Nazis are Lensky - really nothing more than a puppet of the CIA with perhaps little input from MI6. So it's not primarily in my opinion about targeting Ukraine. It is also about bringing new dilemm
