Supreme Court - I'm Not Sure if It's a Body That's Interested in Diminishing Its Own Power
I don't really know if this supreme court is a body that's interested in returning all those issues to democracy either. This is a court that's, i think, hearing major cases that will change the shape of the administrative state. And likely, i hold that affirmative action programmes and universities are unconstitutional, and hold gunrights need to be radically expanded. So againif it were me in 19 73, i may not have decided ro the way it was decided. I would have preferred things to be done through legislatures.
