Tech firms are downsizing their workforces, but will it spread to other sectors? Salesforce said they just hired too many people going into COVID. Amazon said the same thing with its warehouses. Tech has dominated stock market returns and taken up a lot of office space in some cities. But there is no longer an incremental buyer out there for that kind of space.
