Carly Russell vanished on July 13th and has not been seen since. The 25-year-old is now facing tough questions from Hoover Police Department after returning to her parents' home with a cut lip, but no other injuries. There's also now CC footage of her inside a target, grabbing snacks for herself, which she took with her. They were not among the belongings that were found at the scene. She's staying in 18-wheeler.
