Why Roller Coasters Rule

Roller coasters are amazing because it's a safe way to experience fear and all of the blood pumping, breathtaking, spine-tangling sensations that go with it. People love them so much that they've been riding whatever they can find for centuries. Thompson's Switchback Railway opened in 1884 at Coney Island in New York. Six Flags in Texas is opening a hybrid water ride roller coaster that ends in a humongous splash.
