Is There a Communication Challenge?
There's no exact point. You know, you pass this line, the number of new cases is below X, then we're out. But it's a very complicated, optimal stopping problem where we don't really understand what the underlying dynamic stochastic system is that we're stopping in. There is also the sort of communication challenge. I do think, by the way, my belief in gatekeeping institutions is much greater than it was 10 years ago.
