The Importance of Documenting Core Processes

I think it's important to draw a distinction between sort of reference material and how you actually execute your common core processes. You don't necessarily want to document like a lease renewal process on some word document or in notion. Our core company processes, we've got six or eight of them like move in, move out, lease renewal. Those are not documented in notion. Those are documented in our process software that we use.
