The strategy I came up with this guy is that I think he needs to be regional specific but avoid the United States. The demand for oil and gas skills worldwide, far exceeds anything in the U.S. So it's a BTO play but we're inversing the sector and the functional focus. In terms of sector, unlike BTO, he's going to operate in one sector oil and gas. And the areas we're talking to focus on are Canada obviously, oil sands.
