Is There a Difference Between Developmental Waves and Humans?

In humans, especially we know that like the prefrontal cortex is the last part of the brain to develop and it takes a long time. The sensory modalities, like the vision and hearing, those developmental windows are a lot more constrained and earlier. So I think that's held up that these developmental windows, there are different time windows for different kinds of circuits in the brain.
