The Bear Market Is Over and We're in Full Bull Territory
i'm just not ready i'm not convinced that this bear market is over and we're in full bull territory like i'm waiting for a guillotine to drop on my freaking neck at any moment but i will play it for now. There's a lot of data points pointing towards recession whether that's yield curve inversion or those leading economic indicator things you know like i mentioned the when we do little macro stuff like inflation may stay high interest rates may stay high. I look at multifamily commercial buildings like their rents are going down but they're their taxes their interest their interest rates are going higher so there will be for selling I don't know if it'll end up being systemic
