Some people are more open to coaching than others. If if we focus our coaching to the people who are really a open to it, that's probably where we're going to make the most impact. That's where we'regoing to get the most distance and some of the things are just like, practical, right? So, you know, i've been in this role for 20 years. I'm really good at what i do. But maybe we need figure out how to coach them differently so that they can be engaged.
