The Poll Local Versus Local Action

You write that anti-democratic power, hungry public officials in Washington and state capitals pose to our collective future. The arena for climate action will probably be shifting even further into the hands of grassroots groups and communities. That doesn't mean we'll all go out and buy electric stoves and heat pumps and electric cars and that'll solve the problem. It's not individual local action, it's collective local action.
