After pinoche's constitution, democracy represented that possibility. This is not any more the case because of the mimic of democracy that happened afterwards. In this tay, you don't see parties there, yo. You see different small organizations gathering, but there's no sort of direction. The ones that were behind some of the protests didn't even get into the constituent assembly. Nomasi fepe, allthe leaders related to the more organized types of movements were not even elected to the constitutent assembly.
