How Do You Afford to Eat More Vegetables?

For me, it's more nutrients, more vegetables and fruits. I would actually exceed that to higher levels. In some countries, the recommended daily allowance is about eight minimum eight portions of fruits and vegetables. So if we consume more healthier foods, i.e. vegetables and fruits, they have more therapeutic benefits to our bodies.
