The last thing you want is to be doing what you love in a super toxic environment, especially if it's your first foot in the door. If they're willing to actually put skin in the game and fund your growth, knowing that you will likely eventually leave them and use that somewhere else. I'm always concerned if there's no budget or no emphasis and strong philosophy on growth,. And also allowance of time to continue to grow. We talk about some tips on how to calm yourself down in the midst of this nerve racking process.

This is the last episode of 2021.
