How to Be a Successful Consultant for ANR

I'd actually rather not be a consultant. It is very stressful too, because it's a lot about kind of finding my niche in these artists that I work with without having like a business or a brand to kind of like relate that to if that makes sense. Like right now my world is kind of free. So I'm working with a bunch of different artists. But ideally I would really like to kind of hone in on the type of artists that I like and working with. And this is just kind of my in-between. You recently left an indie label called Moving Castle for ANR. Was your first job in the music industry? "Yes."
