The Importance of Persistence in Software Engineering Interviews

I remember from watching James and all of his like software engineer friends go through interviews back in the day was that internship interviews were usually relatively casual. And then suddenly when we were starting to do like new grad interviews in our senior year, I remember a ton of people getting flown out for onsite interviews. But now that we've like been in full time roles, it like makes more sense to me now. It's like, oh, you want to meet this person in real life and like kind of vibe check them face to face.
